This is our satellite lot in South Haven. It is at the very northern edge of our delivery range for our manufacturers. We will have a couple buildings on this lot through the year so that customers north of us can come see the quality construction without having to drive too far. These buildings will be for sale but any delivery north of South Haven will have some charge for delivery. And no free delivery mileage will be included North or East from South Haven.
